  1. Open dailyexpenseapp.com in Chrome.
  2. Tap the Install App button.
  3. Tap Install when prompted.
  4. If you don't see the button:
    • Tap the ⋮ (menu) in Chrome.
    • Select Install App or Add to Home screen.
  5. The app will appear on your Home Screen and App Drawer.

  1. Open https://dailyexpenseapp.com in Microsoft Edge.
  2. Look at the right side of the browser address bar.
  3. When the site is installable, Edge shows the App available icon.
  4. Hover over it to check for a tooltip like App available. Install Daily Expense Tracer.
  5. Click the install icon.
  6. Click Install in the dialog.
  7. Launch the app from the Start Menu.
  8. Optionally pin it to the Taskbar.

  1. Open https://dailyexpenseapp.com in Google Chrome.
  2. Look at the right side of the browser address bar.
  3. When the site is installable, Chrome shows the Install App icon.
  4. The icon looks like a small computer screen with a download arrow.
  5. Click the icon.
  6. Click Install in the confirmation dialog.
  7. Open the app from the Start Menu like a normal desktop app.
  8. Optionally pin it to the Taskbar.

macOS

  1. Open https://dailyexpenseapp.com in Safari.
  2. Look at the right side of the Safari address bar.
  3. Click the Share icon near the New Tab button.
  4. Choose Add to Dock.
  5. Confirm the app name if Safari asks.
  6. Daily Expense Tracer will be installed and added to the macOS Dock.
  7. Open it from the Dock like a normal Mac app.

Chrome / Edge

  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.

Why doesn't the Install button work?

Here are some common reasons:

  • The app is already installed on your device.
  • You are using an unsupported browser.
  • Your browser is outdated.
  • The page hasn't fully loaded yet.
  • Your browser's install prompt isn't currently available.
  • Some devices (like iOS Safari) don't support automatic installation due to platform limitations.
